    Incorrect.

The only thing that came directly from a spyder was the body (a clone).

Timmys are not based off of spyder "actions". The "actions" are based off of the defiant and bushmaster (joint development between ICD and BLAST). The defiant/bushy project was to compete against the Angel and the Shocker.

The Timmy came from combining all Bob's spare Millenium bodies (BL's spyder clone) and using the internal design they learned from developing the defiant/bushy.

Yes the "actions" in general to be similar between a spyder and Timmy, but then again, they all come from the VM68. So no, the actions are not "based" directly off a spyder.

So is it a slim ram/ram sleeve/poppet set-up like a Timmy or a ram shaft/hammer/valve set-up like a Impulse (as well as many others)?

I know some have said it's like the Timmy but then others have said it's like other guns.

Wow, I just got it, I've never held such a solid gun.

It feels so nice, so easy to handle it's unbelievable, the trigger is very adjustable and has no slack. At all.

I shot some paint through it, and I did have breaks (This paint was zero bounce paint at 2 feet up, super super super brittle stuff) I'll judge it after I get good paint.

I found it shooting very fast when it wasn't breaking, I setup the trigger and it said 18 on the LCD, and I do beleive this is legit, because I had an angel that would say I shot 24 when I was barely trying. The ego actually has real-time ROF checks. Very sweet.

It's very easy to take apart to clean (Like I said, bad paint) and the stock barrel is very nice.

Very light, very easy to handle, I just love it so far.

Playing saturday at an indoor against cartel, we'll see how it holds up.

I'll have high quality pics in a bit... gotta dig out my dad's Nikon D100
