Devil Mag Or New Gun What Should I Buy?

something sounds a little funny though. I want a devilmag also but after reading about how almost everyone who ordered one is still waiting on theirs HHMMMM. On his web site it doesn't say anything about waiting for all the parts to come together, it just says order. Not order then wait, then you'll get it sometime when everything is finalized. I have emailed ga devil several times and he has always been very helpfull and quick to respond and seems to be a good guy. I just can't figure out why he would offer the product when it's not ready to be released?

There are people with DevilMAG upgrades already, but to unpopular belief they arent all from AO..now imagine an automag owner not an AO user...yes its possible. The only people having to wait on guns are those that PRE-ORDERED the DevilMAG before the R&D on the frame was finished and yes the site said that. Now that R&D is over it doesnt no more and the machinests that have to be used.....yes more then 1....are finishing them now. There was 22 of them being done with a batch of i beleive off the top of my head 24 more being started. The go thru 2 machinests hands and a polishing company. Plus there are more custom parts you cant get anywhere else that goes into them to make them that much more special to the owner. If you dont like that...dont order 1. Someone "new" coming in here trying to thrash me and my product (that i released with AO in mind) as sketchy can go to hell. I answer all questions i get. If I miss 1 its cause I simply overlooked it and wasnt on purpose. I dont dodge people, I have no reason to. Ive actually had a couple AO punks literlly threaten physical harm to me over a friends pre-order and i sent them mapquest directions to come to see me. People waiting like i said pre-ordered a custom product. For those that have ordered guns and upgrades I hope you know I greatly appreciate the business. I am not a huge corporation I am still "the little guy". For those that just want to trash talk it without seeing 1 ..l.. This Devilmag as it stands will probably be the last thing that comes from Devil's Den having anythign to do with mags in mind. there is too much headache that i dont get from other projects for other groups.

Funny how im "sketchy" but yet in PM's you still today are asking for info to make your order. Why order from someone you say is "sketchy", seems pretty stupid to me. All questions also that can be answered already for you by reading the thread here on the DevilMAG and on my site. But like I said i thank you for the inquire but I think Ill pass on your business.

Sarcasm is fun sometimes. But with all the crap Ive went thru I dont see me spending my time working on anythign new in the future. I tried to give the Automag users something to improve on an already great marker but make it even that much better just to be smacked in the face repeatedly for it. So I dont see it worth my time to do more for those same people.

Mags have always been 1 of my 2 favorite markers since picking 1 up which is why I have many more ideas and designs in process and in my head to do but I dont think they will go any further then that. For those other people making mods and new stuff for you and the guns...good luck to ya, hope it works out better for you. Im not saying the DevilMAG's are done but will be the last new thing from Devil's Den for the MAG community.

It really is sad when a bunch of select individuals can drive a person who is doing what they can to get projects completed, to finish what they have and then drop it all. Off the top of my head I can think of several, and all of them are very apparent to AO.

Chris, you da man, I was looking forward to getting myself a Devilmag, but if the select few has caused you to give it up, so be it. I know you, and I know what is possible from you, so if they don't want it too damn bad. I wish you nothing but the best of luck with all you do, and I hope you prosper without the tards.

I can't speak for anyone else. When I ordered my DevilMag from Chris he went through a lot of time to deal with a million questions I had, a lot of time to help me figure out exactly what I wanted and find the right parts for what I wanted. Chris and I have an agreement between the two of use on an expected time frame, an agreement we had before I ordered the marker and we are still a long way off. I send him mail every week just to check on the status and to see where we stand and he has always patiently answered them for me. I ordered it, and I paid for it knowing the time frame - I asked enough questions to know it. He answers each of my questions on progress honestly and openly. When it gets here it gets here, he and I both know what we are aiming for.

As with anything, if you don't like the terms of buying the product - don't. The terms are simple - cash before the marker is built. If you want to know why, found out with AGD how many people did not want X-mags after the preorder... by the time they were ready to ship. AGD had the funds to back the project - Chris is trying hard to get us what we want, and likely stretching the budget to do so - it may be impossible for him to take no money up front and get the project done, he is not a large corporation with endless cash reserves to risk on the whims of paintballers - who's minds seem to change on a daily basis.

Dealing with the public - and not just your customer's but those that would publically bash you is hard enough. Order a custom marker from anyone... try to give them no cash up front and try to demand a timeframe.. very few people are going to take you at your word. Chris is working on a standard business principle. Talk to him, discuss the time frame with him, all the R&D is done and timeframes can be pretty well narrowed down - not perfectly after all it is a custom project. But if you don't want to play under the terms he's selling them under, your best option is to not buy one. I don't know any other way. He can't make everyone happy, and trying to do so would be at considerable financial risk to himself.

a BIG thing for me is having a gun that is unique, i dont want to be one of 30 impulses or such on a field

i cannot afford a really expensive gun/upgrade at this point but i just started my new job and make 400 a month w/ allowance (im still in high school) so i should be able to save up soon enough as long as i drive my moms stationwagon...

i have shot the freestyle and angels and timmys and ive owned and e cocker and mag so wi know what to expect with most of these guns as far as weight and feel of trigger etc. are concened. im a little fuzzy around the mq cocker area, and the viking though

although i havent owned a business i know what its like, my mom has one and my dads had several. its something id like to do when i get older. give ga devil a break, especially if the info is on his site as he said.

I never claimed to have class for 1. For 2 IM not the size of Smart parts either. Your questions to me in PM were not even clear. You asked how much for a trigger frame. I gave you the price of the bolt on frame. I no where have Just a blank frame listed so I probably dont sell them. So I Gave you the price of what I thougth you were asking. Ive answered all questions asked to the best of my ability. Your opinion is based off false info. You tell me in PM's my gun was never used in a National game and only in a no name scenerio game but right there you show you havent a clue but yet still make assumptions. THere is many people who can viouge it was used. Hell Jon at AGD seen it used there cause his tent was right there at the field they played on. I dont like being called names in open forum and then 5 min later asked by the same person in PM to do business with me. So no I dont want your money
