    Help please

Ok today was the first day i shot my Classic mag. Well it didnt go as well as i hoped. Well first all it would do is chuff so i played with the velocity screw. Then it started to shot pretty consistently. But i still had to ajust the velcity every couple minutes. Then once the tank got down a tad below 1000 psi it wouldnt shot no matter what i did. It didnt even chuff anymore.
One good thing is that it doesnt leak at all. Any suggestions? Oh for information im using a 47ci 3000 psi tank. Thanks.

All markers have a point at which they cease to function properly, some actually go hot below a certain figure. The Mag doesn't operate properly below 1000psi of stored air, one reason they got a rep amongst some people as a gas hog somewhat unfairly but if you only have 3000psi to begin with and can only use 2000psi you need a large tank to compensate. So you need a lot of stored air to be able to forget about the last 1000psi. get a 4500psi tank. The level 10 although a good idea can make this a quicker event since everytime the Level 10 kicks in sure you haven't chopped a ball but you have wasted air. Also get a more positive feeding loader as a slow loader will cause the Level 10 to activate.

unscrew the power tube tip. it is threaded. stick your field strip screw into the carrier and pull it out.

Can someone please tell me what the carrier is? Is it the little metal circular thing inside the power tube? And in the lvl 10 toolkit, are they the ones with numbers on the outside of them? I looked on AGD's website and at the blowups of the valve but I dont know what everything is called!

The carrier is the replacement for the PowerTube Spacer. It's a small brass piece that has a thing black oring around the outside and an oring in the center that seals around the bolt stem. The carriers have rings and dots on them to indicate their size. A ring is one whole size, a dot is a half size.
