You know why I think the Ion is getting bad reviews by people here that haven't even held one, much less shot one? They're gust mad AGD couldn't make an under 300 dollar electro first.

Ive owned a cocker for the past like 3 years and despite spending alot on it its never been electro. I actuley dont even like the eblade cockers. So I feel this thing should be great. Does anybody know if they can be shot without the plastic body cover on?

As much as I dislike SP's legal practices they have basicly made good lower price marker with all the nesecitys for being popular. break beam eyes, rebound (cheater mode ugh), not very expensive, and fast/ As much as i hate to say as soon as i can get my cocker to sell i plan to pick one up for a back up to my phantom. for the days i am unable to pump my phantom is when i will use it.

from what I've read, the shell is necessary to keep the eyes and detents in place
