I'm sure there is, but I couldn't get past the stupid title and the poorly-worded post.Originally posted by Lohman446Why do I bet theres an interesting story behind that?

The above statements pretty much explains what happens every day in life. People make decisions that best suits their goals at the time. When the venture was conceived, it made sense for the parties involved. But with the passage of time, circumstances change and other opportunites arise.Originally posted by ATLAS paintball
I am the owner of the property located at 339 Route 31 South in Washington Township, Warren County, NJ. Mel and I worked closely for the past year obtaining the permitting for the site and planning the type of facility it should become. The project was originally scheduled to open last summer but the bureaucrat process prevented us from opening. Since then, both Mel and I have concluded that our own personal endeavors have led us in different directions. Thats all.... Our decision to part ways was amicable and we are still friends. Thanks to our joint efforts I believe the fields will be one of the best outdoor facilities on the East Coast.
The name is Atlas Paintball and we will be ready to open April 16, 2005.
Mel, I wish you and PBX the best and I look forward to seeing you and your teams on the field.
Sincerely,
Troy H. Ennis

I believe that it is a good attribute of those involved in such ventures to be able to discuss and resolve issues before they become a problem and find an amicable exit strategy that leaves all parties in the best possible condition to pursue their other endeavors.
The field will do well without PBX managing it. PBX will be busy enough with the impending release of the mQ-Valve Technology as well as its other endeavors. I believe that the future looks bright for both parties involved because we had the maturity to see what is in the best interest of each other./s/ Mel C. Maravilla
