How do I get my proflex lens out?

read the manual it came with
anyway, just start from the top and pull the frame off the tabs -
I usually start at top-middle, and pull out each tab, going clockwise. getting the new lens in is actually tougher.

After you get the "thing" off, get a razor and make the slits longer so it's easier next time. And it's easier to put back on. I remember when I had sore fingers after taking off the damn lenses. But not anymore
