how do you tell if your mag rt is an old rental and will it matter in the long run??

I think retal valves have "rental" engraved in them but i could be wrong. It shouldnt affect the life span of your mag, they are built like tanks. -
At the worst you may have to replace some o-rings or maybe the reg seat.Building my 3rd Mag while in Afghanistan

it wont effect the overall valve life=infinity
you may need a parts kit at the max to rebuild the valve
also you should know rental valves WONT take lvlX..not that its a HUGE deal.
i had a field rental mag/valve it was fine and as good as any other mag
