It all depends on how much and money you put into them. Some people can afford to buy level land and a 3 man sup air field. That is at least what a guy did locally. -
well me and my team live right outside la and cant really build a nice speed ball feild in the size of our back yards but we have put a nice mini one in one of our back yards and play with airsoft guns. same rules, less mess, but sometimes you just dont feel it. But it works pretty good for some practice after school. better than nothing.... we use plywood, cardboard boxes and prettymuch anythng we can find. But its not paintball

I built my field for absolutely nothing. I have a bunch of spools that my local power company gave me, and a ton of 55 gallon drums that a local machine shop let me take :) Works perfect! I have a big valley on my property, NATURAL NETTING! I woudl take pics but there is about 2 feet of snow covering every thing right now

me and my friends have a woodsball field. didnt cost us anything.
the bunkers consist of this:
- old fence sections (tons of them)
- an old boat hull
- a mattress propped up against a tree
- an old rusty paper machine
- dirt and brush piles
- an old couch, propped up with holes cut for prone firing
- lots of thin brush
- an old riding lawn mower
- the hull of an old hot tub
- a couple pallettes
- some downed trees
- a bunch of boards and plywood
it never gets boring. there's always new places to hide out at. there is actually about 40 acres at our disposal, but we set up the small field because we dont have enormous groups. we recently had a 50+ person centerflag tournament thing out there though. we utilized like 5-10 acres for that. it's cool because the land belongs to no one, so nobody bothers us. plus we're really courteous of our field and respect having it, so there is never any trash or anything.
its a cool field. ill try and take some pictures.Comment
