emag trigger and fireblade question and problem

ok i am having problems with my e-mag trigger at this point.

its can be moved sideways to the left. it dosent move at all to the right. its centered to the hall affects sensor but when it moves sideways to the left it gose out of the sensor feiled. i have the on/off programe thing soo when i addjust the magnet in the trigger it will say on when its in rage. now when i pull the trigger without letting it go to the left it turns on when pulled now if i push the trigger to the left and pull it in then it will stay off witch means it wont shoot.

now i did addjust the magnet in the trigger soo it wont stay off when i push the trigger to the left and pull it. but it has a long trigger pull and when i try to walk it in e-mode it miss fires. kinda like a short stroke.

now is there a way that i can fix this??? shims in the trigger. i think i read somthing a while ago that somone made shims soo the trigger would not do this. is that true?? and if so who makes them and will it help this problem.

now i was also thinking in buying a fireblade soon and i was woundering if the fireblade would do the same thing??

now if i dont get any $$$ for a fireblade or if i do get a fireblade dose anyone know if blackvcg can tuned the trigger nicely and also be able to fix this problem??

    help me out thanks

heres also a video that i took without sound that shows what is happening

    my head hurts now

Try opening your hall sensor and reposition it.

And the fireblade has even more side to side action thent he stock emagtrigger, it will only make things worse. If I push mine to the left and shoot, it stays on.

    quikkk and i win.

You need to add a little post-travel... By lengthening the trigger pull slightly, you won't have to worry about the Hall sensor not picking up trigger movement, even with a bit of side-to-side play...

i did and it works but i short strock it some how and its not an even shot and the pull is really long?? im still playing around with the length to make it have a nice not to short not to long pull that works

but i really want to know what to do how to fix the wiggling??

The trigger pull has to be long enough to fully activate the HES before hitting the trigger stop. It has to be able to be out of the range of the HES at the forward position. If the sideways motion changes the activation point of the HES, then you either have to lengthen the trigger pull to compensate or you have to prevent the side to side play. You can add shims on the tirgger pin at the side of the trigger. This will take any side to side play out. It worked wonders for mine.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

soo have a long enough pull and that its says ON befor the trigger stops and have it turn off befor the trigger is all the way released. and add shims ok cool

                    were can i get shims

and im jest thinking in getting a fireblade then when i get it send out my hole gun to someone to get a tune up as well as my 68 3000 flatline tank. cuse i dont even think thats been cleaned out ever.

dose blackvcg also tune guns???? cuse i want him to put on the fireblade and also tune the gun and flatline or should i jest send it to tunaman??

hmm i think i remember saying this somewhere oh wait i know it was in another thread that was up not more than a week ago!! and the search button really helps as well as going to the right forum where you find blacks thread about his new service to shim and adjust triggers!!!!

blackvcg does the shims and trigger adjustment pm him for info it really does help and a fireblade will help too but the shims really are the only way to go even with a fireblade!!
