Model 98 'Anti chop bolt'

I was going through the Tippmann forums, as I recently picked up a model 98 for some casual rec balling (and I'll turn it into a sleeper )
And I happened upon this.

Yeah I love all the custom stuff that can be done to a tippmann. Theres a bottom feed tippmann with a morlock board that is really awesome. Another guy has an intimidator solenoid in his e98. I wonder if the bolt could twist around with that anti chop mod.

I dont think so. The 'lip' of the Bolt is hugging the Hammer/bolt connecting rod.

yea, its a very sweet mod. tippmann people love to do home-made mods(i am one)

the catch is that the majority of m98 owners are newbs that arent looking forward to hammering their bolts with chizzles or just dont want to take the gun apart.

Theres natural newbies webpage about it and links to 2 of the 3 threads. The first post was on 11-30-02 and the last post on pbr was 10-26-03. Get the links working because I'd love to see this mod work.

the vid worked for me. It was taken in 2004, from the text on the movie screen thing. It looks like a cool mod. Does that vid remind anyone else of the level 10 vid on the credit card cd?
