To my Dealers and Friends,
My last official full day at Airgun Designs will be on March 11, 2005 (I will be dropping my hours to mornings until further notice). I am planning to acquire my graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and then pursue a doctorate in the program. I am not leaving paintball altogether, just stepping down for a little while. I will still continue to help AGD on a part time basis and even consultation or attend events if they desire and if I am available. But I am currently searching for employment most closely related to my field (makes it a lot easier when you have experience and you graduated).
It has been a great 5 years working for a company that shows respect and dedication to its customers and I am really proud to have been a part of it. I am especially grateful that AGD is a stand up company that does not feed its customers any line just to sell you a product. They back it up with "lab" research before considering releasing any product to the public. That being said, I am really sad to leave a company that has shown true dedication in not deceiving its customers. Again, I am proud of my 5 years of service with Airgun Designs. I am especially proud to have been able to work alongside Tom Kaye and Dave Zupan, considered by myself as 2 of the best and most understanding managers that I know of.
It was great meeting new friends at public events, AO events, and just by simply talking to them on the phone. I will still continue to support AGD and its products - and as always, help out any way I can if any of you have a problem.
Schedule permitting, I still have plans on attending AO days and other events as well, so I still look forward to hanging out with you.
