well yeah check it out if you like it, I havn't played with mine yet but i held an emag with one on it and it was so comfortable... I guess I'm just a die hard for how they make the profile of the marker so nice :)

Nnnnooooooooo, plastic feed neckage! I was praying that that would be changed before production (I like the standard hopper mount. Warp Feed just isn't my style), oh well. That thing still rocks though.

Hey Load...

Did you use the stock small bore Boomstick or did you get the large bore Boomy for your SFL ? I had read a post saying to go with the large bore Boomys due to a possible problem with paint breakage as it leaves the breech and enters the barrel.

Did you notice any difference in feeding ability since the SFL is a vert feed ? But then again you had a vert feed on your Emag too didn't you ? I talked to a guy lately who said that the vert feed Emags don't feed well enough to use the gun in hybrid mode and that you can't fire off long strings of shots even in electronic mode due to the shortcomings of the vert feed setup.

I assume your superbolt worked good too ?

The SFL is definitely a sweet lookin' gun. I may sell my Emag and get one although I'm kinda curious to see if Tom comes out with anything else to make the SFL's even better.

I was using the smaller bore boomy Shocktech sent me.It shot All Stars like darts. I did'nt have one break in the breach like I was told I might have. The vertical feed worked great on this E-mag and my old E-mag. I blame feeding issues on the hopper anyway. I managed to fire off some pretty impressive strings even with my old revy.

But after I get the ACE and my HALO from predator....

It's a tiny bit long but not bad. I got used to a 12" freak which is more like a 14" barrel. I got quite a few "Wow I want one"'s from a number of guys including a few cocker owner's and a new angel user.

I was posted up on a guy and that was the most comfortable way to wait for his elbow to stick out again. I do need to practice lefty some more, though.

Personally i believe there to be only two valid ways to feed your gun.

Warp feed

Vert feed, but work on right/left shooting.

Why do I say this? Either way should reduce your profile.

I am working on my left hand shooting and its just the rate of fire that is lacking but that should come along nicely in a coupla months.

Hey load, who ever you were posting on must have been terrible because look at the shot dispersal across the front of the bunker. It is the same color that splashed you. He or she is all over the board. They could not hit you if they wanted to. I hope you won the fire fight.

We did... Although not all the paint is from the same guy. There's another guy right in front of me. And a 3rd guy that had been shooting at me before I tagged him trying to move up. We were all using the same paint. And I was getting a lot of spray were the boards had pulled apart some.

Those jerks got paint all over my new shiny gun.
