Why did he shut down for awhile? Personal issues? I think I have watched almost every single one of his shows. Good stuff. He's amusing as well.

Falling off a cliff would cause health issues . I'm glad he seems to be feeling better.

                Ok, once again.

Back in '98 or so I was at a big game at EMR, and crashed through brush to find there was nothing under me. as SAW said, fell off a cliff. Sorta. Landed onmy knee, and instead of the knee, leg, hip, or other bones breaking, the shock went up to my back and sent my spine out of alignment. Locked my vertebrea at about a... oh... 15 or 20 degree angle? Not fun. That was about 6-9 months of rehab.

Fast-forward. Had back pain ever since then, but I dealt with it. Last May I went to a chiroprachtor who set my spine in a way that it just hurt, but I could deal. Then last October (still in the filming window for WDR), I went to pick up my gearbag and my back decided it was done. I crumpled onto the ground in pain. And I thought to myself "This is 'go see a doctor' bad."

If you wanna see the MRI, it's here. Had surgery, and I'm still feeling the after effects of the whole thing. considering there was a chance I'd have permanent damage, I'm happy how it came out. I'm walking for the most part pain free. And that's a bonus.

so yep, getting back into the filming. FINALLY. Next week's show has the AO Yellows.

Same mag, new body. Blue ULE. VERY nice. Actually, my plans are to get a warp ULE body too, hopefully before Sherwood's Castle game April 3. I like my warp, but I can make a standard feed work too. Actually, I'm going to keep it in the gear box as it's REALLY easy to swap bodies. I've had a few times where a battery will go out in the warp, and there's not a lot I can do about that. So, a backup body that takes minimal weight isn't that bad a thing.

I wondered if anyone would see the bandana...

Yes, it was intentional. No, I'm not doing it anymore.
