hey guys i need some help fast i just bought a halo b but the guy said the shells were cracked so he bought new empire reloader b shells to put over the halo b z-code bord is this normal or is it a scam.

Doesn't sound like a scam to me. As long as Halo B shells are the same as Empire Halo shells. Which I think they are.
