Will someone play weatherman for the EMR Quest game on Sat.?

I'm hoping someone who is definitely going to EMR this weekend will give me their cell phone number and let me call them around 7:30-8:00am on Sat. to get an idea of the conditions. If it's completely drenched and still raining I may skip it, I'm about 1.5 hours away.

i'm appalled, i go paintball every weekend i can and don't care a bout the weather at the field, and i'm over 1.5 hours away.

"not rain nor sleet nor cold of night.." (is that how it goes?)
      go play ball, boy

seriously tho, i would troll the internet and see if i can find a weather station nearby and check that before i go
      play for the game

        Appalled? Wow. Thanks for sharing.

EMR is in northeastern PA, there's now a flood watch issued for many parts of NY, PA and NJ that goes from friday night to sunday. What a drag.

I'm not worried about playing in a little rain, but at some point in turns into "constantly cleaning your marker in the rain". If I'm going to spend my day doing that, I could do it at home.

The point of this thread was to get actual info from the field, from a real paintball player who can make an educated decision. But at this point it may not matter, apparently there's a lot of water on the way.

I live in Philly I wouldn't think about going paintballin' this weekend. It's supposed to rain tonight, then stop, then pick back up on Friday night and go til Sunday. They are even talking about a chance of snow on Sunday. It's gonna be a crappy weekend. Looks I'm going to the bar, again and again.

Thanks to all you friendly PA paintballers. I'm still packing the car, but it might just be for fun.
