    hey, that's pretty much my mag....

    except for the front grip (can't hold them)
    so my total weight including drop and on/off is less than 2 pounds!

    however, mine glows too

                I can let go of my mag (with a hopper full of paint) and it won't budge...

                it is PERFECTLY balanced...
                I can quite happily carry it for hours and not get sore arms....

                        mine has a rogue strangler on it.... now

                        it's definately worth having the clamping neck... though on some of the newer hoppers (halo TSA's) they have a VERY slim feed neck... so the clamping can be a bit touch and go...

                        but other than that

                                If I were in your postiotion I would get a 15* asa and a cp mini gas thru, get some steel hoseing wrap it. Yes the gas up the grip in the asa then out to the valve. All wraped in the Automags.org heat shrink . thats it. Keep the Bodies, but get a new feedneck.

                                Edit- Forgot to say your mag is nice as hell right now.
                                I'll have to take it out to dinner and a movie first. Will it go see AVP? - Halliday On "Will you date my valve?"

                                    I was thinking about a barrel too. I really need to get an empire barrel kit.
