    Question bout a mag

as of now, i'm looking around the marker forums and there are a bunch of sweet mags. But all of them have a gas-thru grip instead of a regulator. Can you put a reg on a mag? if so then how come nobody does it?

p.s. I own a mag and am considering changin the forgrip and might go for a reg if somebody tells me if this will work and what benefits it might give to an automag.

Simply put, there's no need for a reg on a mag. The valve itself is a reg. To add another inline to the one on the valve will starve off the reg and give you all sorts of velocity issues.

putting another reg on a 'mag is like taking a dump in two toilets at the same time, sure you could probably do it, but it's gonna be a waste... no? ok i tried. anyways no need for another reg as the two above me stated.

if your running Co2 on a classic, than a nice reg is helpful
