Remember, running a remote will hurt your recharge time, and you will get shootdown !!!

Just a suggestion, but when I ran remote with CO2, I used a 45 degree SS elbow, connected to a straight disconnect fitting. Worked great for me, tucked the hose back but not straight back (into my arm)

do they make a 90* quick disconnect? or are you talking about just putting a 90* fitting on the back of a QD?

I have never seen a 90 degree QD...your best bet is to use a normal 90 and a normal QD. This is what you more than likely saw (unless you where looking at Macro/micro line adapters).

I have never seen a difference in shoot down between running remote or ongun. The extra 20" of line will not make any difference.
