I have always made it a point to remove a burst disc, or some such when shipping - and put a note taped to the cylinder "burst disc removed, rendering cylinder open and empty" just in case there is any question."Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. Just pack it up really tight, make sure there is no movement in the box. Go down to the local post office and ship it out.
