quick question on Angel Battery packs

ok i have a nickel metal hydride battery pack that is 6 volts 1000mah, from an lcd angel... now the question is, can it be put into a A4 Fly that only uses the 4.8 volt battery?

nope, first off, the pack will not fit, the a4 fly has a much smaller battery pack, in a smaller space, created for the new valve and lower pressure housings.

also, it is too much power to the board

yeah, i dont think it will fit.

but, the board will be able to run off of it, the battery meter will just be way off.

The Fly board is used in the MT EyeQ conversions which also use the older bigger batteries and they work without a problem (other then the battery meter being off).

thanks for the responces guys... we found out the battery wouldnt fit once we took the one out of the A4 Fly, (that battery is dead, and done for) i was just curious as to if the extra voltage would fry the board or not
