no the first vid of it on the scuba was mech.
it is showing how fast an rt valve can shoot without a reg on a tank. the scuba had about 2000 psi in it

Um, no. Hybrid is just that, a combination of electric and mech modes. You get the reactivity of mech mode, but the sensitivity of e-mode.
