If you had actually read it you would notice that the person also reviews a Timmy, and that he was happy with it until the back screw stripped.

A smart person would take the pertinant information out of the post and not complain about the rest...

What about a Karnivor? My brother has an E2 and it rips everything to hell! And the fact that one shot 54 bps (if you care at all about speed) should give you an incentive to get one. Brother got his for $975 new, but you can find them a little cheaper if you know where to look.

light- my viking is 2oz heavier than the DM4 you were considering, and its unmilled, oh my, i think i might die from carrying it

it seems that you are gonna fall into the hype like so many nubs before you, and buy a lesser quaility marker, just because that company advertises it more/pays more pro teams to shoot it.

they are light fast as hell and run off the lowest amount of preasure.

I know its not your taste because you want something lighter than a viking. dont get a DM4 then. They arent much lighter than a viking. I have shot alias, dark, empire, and a lasoya timmy, and I honestly like the way my viking shot compared to all of them. But, they were definitely lighter and fast. They were a bit louder and had a bit more kick than the viking did. The trixes Ive shot all kicked less and were very very quiet. If you are concerned about weight, then go for a timmy.

Alias timmys are nice. Im sure you will like it. Try and shoot one before you decide to spend though.

I take Vikigns and Excals over Timmys is because quality.

i have always been one to defend timmys against people calling them spyders. Anyawy, no, the viking dosent work more like a spyder in any aspect, but, if you like to think that....your ignorance dosent really effect my life, so, go on ahead

the honest reaction that i get from alot of people i let use my viking are as follows- "...its like my timmy....but, feels higher quality" which, it really is, operates on the same desighn (for the most part), but, is machined with better tolerances than i have seen in any paintball marker

have no clue. neither operate like spyders. Spyders have a sear. Please show me a sear on my viking or a timmy.

Please tell me how blowback gas resets the bolt/hammer on vikings/timmys (they dont)

Anyone who says a spyder is anything like ANY high end electro is a noob.

The basic design of most paintball guns are the same. The bolt/hammer goes forward, hits a valve pin, air moves from valve to bolt and fires a ball. How you get it to go foward and recock it really the only difference.
