What is the BEST Barrel Kit?

    Alright Come guys, and Girls....

    Give the answers, reasons, facts.

I have always had the Freak, hate the freak, hate the heavy ss back, want something new.

What is out there worth it to get?

You guide me, Tell me, convince me, NO BS!

Over the 19 years of playing I have found that the Hammer Head is the best barrel that I have ever used. I would put the J&J edge kit in second.

Hey... Old topic... been beat to death... Search button is your friend ... BUT ...I have shot more than my share of barrels & kits...

And will say paint freshness and quality ... Added to the paint to barrel match is MUCH more important than just the best barrel itself...

And if your looking for the best Insert style kit...
Powerlyte Scepter... Hands down... High Quality... Light weight... Reasonable Cost

Varried Bore Backs set up... Several good ones out there... If money isn't a concern...
Dye Ultralight or Boomstick... Hey It's Dye Quality... you pay out the nose for it.. but you know what your getting and great resale value... Expecially if you can find all five bore sizes and not just the 3 they offer now....

And that is just another wothless virtual 2 cents...

It's just like most everything else in paintball... just an opinion... try to get your hands on as many differnt ones you can.. try um for yourself.. and form your own... and that will always be my best advice...

Stiffi switch kit if money is no object.

Pipe kit otherwise. I love my pipe and its cheap, too. You can get them around $125 new on PBN.

          I would also recommend making a ultralite kit -- I have a .688 and a .691 back with a 14 and 16 tips.

The empire kits aren't bad, but the paint to barrel match is the biggest improvement

after that a bit of plastic pipe would do

Stiffi Switch Kit, and they come in colors now!

I also like the Warped Sportz Lucky 15 Kit.

What about the SM-1 kit. good maker and looks great with the new Orbium tip, i think that is what it is called.

Sceptor Kit. THe inserts are pretty durable, and from my observations, a better quality than freak inserts. The entire system is pretty light.
