    New to mags

Just bought this off ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWN%3AIT&rd=1
tested it out and it works great, seems pretty simple to work, but then again im used to a m98 so i dunno. LEt me know what i need to know...
im looking into a RPG CHimera frame as my first upgrade (i already have a revvy and nitro for it)
    thanks for your help

That's a pretty good deal. Mags are pretty simple to own. One thing I do recommend doing is reading the level 10 manual. If you learn how to fix it yourself, you will save alot of headaches.

    AO's guide is here http://www.automags.org/resource/level10/index.shtml

The RPG frame is a very good choice. Hopefully you will be happy with your mag

yea, get a chimera then an x valve and you'll be set to go.

so there isin't annything wrong with it... or are you asking if there might be annything wrong weith it?

annyway you should find the direction to tune the level 10, that might now be tuned.

also, i noticed that it only comnes with one extra carrier... you might want to buy a lvl 10 parts kit for the carriers and springs. you know... just in case.
you know you play this game too much when the neighbors stop fixing their broken windows...

            Hey basden, Welcome to AO.

The RPG chimera frame is very good. If you feel the need to make your gun lighter, a ULE body, and ULE rail will do just that. Look in the dealers section for some deals. Good luck with the mag.

You shouldn't have to tune it, as long as it seems fine. If you are chopping alot or something or you're having leaks down the barrel, then it will need to be tuned.

Where are you at in georgia?

do you ever play at ultimate, i got ther almost every week.
anyways, every once in a while i hear a leak from the barrel area. put when i just slightly pul the trigger (not even shooting) it stops... no chops and it works great...

I've never played at ultimate before, I played at GAPB2.0 in roswell alot but I havent played since last fall. It's been a while.

That leak sounds pretty normal I think. As long as it isnt causing any problems, dont worry about it. Eventually you may need to go down a carrier size though.

if you had a tippy then you be fine, its a tank keep it lube have some o-rings around and clean it once in while and you should be fine

Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

                        k, thanks
Right now i have a revvy hopper, but i am upgrading my gun with a chimera trigger frame. Is my revvy fast enough or should i buy a halo (oh, and i dont want a warp feed, by the way)?
Aaaaaaand: it has an all-american barrel wich seems to be very good, is there any point in upgrading somehwere down the road?

Revys are fine for classic mags, especiially since you have level 10.

All Americans are nice I guess, I never liked mine, but if you like it keep it. You'll need to buy a cocker barrel if you get a ULE body though.
