have they been without a gun for months? if so why? they should have purchased another gun, borrowed one, or took a break if they had nothing to play with

as for this, i did end up scraping togather and purchasing another gun, but now i have little money to play with. I would have rather not had to buy another gun but what else could i do.as for the break...i did plan on taking a break while my gun was being built but that planed break has long expired, and even took an unplanned break...went to AO day with no gun, caused my team to miss out on a tourny, cancled on my teammates countless times with the "he said maybe next week. sorry guys". finally i was able to find a used impulse in my price range but its still an impulse...no DM by far.

This is getting kind of out of hand. Look, I placed an order to get a devilmag frame and so far I've got a lack of communication and a tongue lashing from various AO members. I dont even care to talk about the order anymore, i'm beginning to wish I didnt place it in the first place. I'm not saying that because of the wait time, i'm saying that because of the hassle. Everyday I have to see people getting mad over there order, people accosting people who are mad about their order, people who have been waiting for atleast 2-3 months longer than me with nothing, and on top of that I have to deal with my own dissapointment plus my parents telling me that I've been ripped off. That being said, i dont want to participate in this thread anymore than I just did. Just consider this post as me venting frustration

Without mentioning names, those of you that decide to whine and complain about having expected dates come and go several times, need to realize that when you change your CUSTOM order, that there will be a new date because you throw a wrench into the production schedule. While it may be true that things haven't been completed on time, you can't hold one person accountable for that which is beyond his control, or for the indecisive whiners that can't decide on what anno they want, or the sudden change of mind for wanting ACE installed.

Let me get into this and say this, because it has not been said.

I do not beleive that Chris was trying to be any less than honest with anyone when he gave out the dates he has. I think he truly beleived in the information he gave us. I think he has also rapidly learned something about contractors and shops.

I do not envy the position he is in, I realize the dilemna created by things not entirely in his control has placed him in a tough spot... one that is likely very stressful for him and one that he is, very likely, trying to get out of. I don't envy him, I would not want to trade places with him. I think he is doing the best he can to try to get this resolved to everyone's satisfaction.

Unfortunately he is the only one who can control this, at all. The issues he have cannot be helped by me, or anyone else. I have offered to do anything that I could, which he very professionaly declined as it would be wrong for me to call his suppliers. I have made the suggestion that when calling suppliers he blame it 100% on me and other "irrate" customers. I am not irate, but sometimes suppliers understand the pressure a customer puts on.

Right now, the only good resolutions are all in Chris's court, and I still trust him to handle this situation, and bring about an agreeable resolution to everyone. Unfortunately we all have to be patient, because other avenues of resolution are not agreeable to everyone, and are not what we want... all that anyone posting really wants at this point are there markers within a reasonable amount of time. Sure, we are alarmed by dates come and gone, but I think we are mostly understanding that sometimes things go wrong. There is also a beleif that Chris is working as best he can, under extreme stress and pressure, to get these done for us.

and where does ANYONE have the right, let alone the maners, to say something so ignorant as "you should have BOUGHT another gun? not all of us are rich. to go out and buy another gun while your waiting on one you already paid for, thats pretty retarded if you ask me.

Enough with the holier than thou attitude already. This thread was supposed to be a friendly thread so the official one doesen't get clogged up. It wasent meant to harp on Chris to get things done. For example this thread was intended so that say #20 in the first batch just got his gun, He can post his review here and it would kinda let everyone else know where things are at. Im getting kinda tired of the "quit whining it'll get done when it gets done" posts, we already know that. And I certainly do not need to read it 30 freaking times.

name a gun that does hold their value? dont say something stupid like westwood cocker or entity trix, those are to be looked at not played with.
