4.5K Flatline Parts Kit/ IAO

Two things: 1. Wondering if anybody knows if they make a 4.5 K parts kit for the flatline. I have seen the 3K, but I don't know if it is different.
2. Does anybody have details( or know where I can get details) about the IAO Date, Location ETC.
