For the past month I have been trying to purchase just a 70/4500 peanut bottle, not the regulator because I have one. I just want to upgrade the bottle. Nobody sells just the bottle anymore. It seems like I am going to have to just buy a complete new air system and just waste the regulator because all I want is the freaking bottle. I never had this much trouble in getting a stupid bottle. If anybody has just the bottle they want to sell me that would be awesome. The only company that I contacted that will sell me a bottle and install it for me is Paintball Mania, but they do not have the size I have. And honestly they had some good prices too, $135 for any size they had. I am just waiting for somebody to say yeah I can order one for you but it will be $150, just for the bottle!!! I am about to give up.
I am so pissed!!

If you order the whole thing with a HP reg I'll take the reg off you for $50-$60.Originally posted by bushmasterm16a2For the past month I have been trying to purchase just a 70/4500 peanut bottle, not the regulator because I have one. I beg to differ because a bottle by itself runs well over $100Originally posted by DayspringThats a lowball. The reg is the expensive part of the tank. The tanks are cheap.Comment

I don't think so.Originally posted by DayspringThats a lowball. The reg is the expensive part of the tank. The tanks are cheap.
Nice CenterFlag 420 Preset Screw-In HPA Regs are $75 shipped from Air Soldier.
What I offered is a bit less because A) If I was going to pay $75 why not just get one that has never been on a tank and B) I figured I'd help out a fellow AO'er who was looking to lower his costs.
edit: Here's a link where you can get a 4500 tank by itself. $150 http://www.smartparts.com/Store/default.aspx?Prod={9957FD17-F2C9-4B8F-A059-4FE18FDA4B4B}"Relax. Don't worry. Have a Home Brew."
