what does the HE bolt look like?

so i finally got a new freestyle, and so far im fairly happy with it... except for one thing. it has horrid efficiency. like i filled my tank to 1k (i need to get a fill for my scuba) and shot a hopper with my halo, and the last 30 or 40 balls were really dropping off, and i dry fired it after emptying the hopper and only got a few more cycles. if i watch the gauge (tank gauge, mind you) while i fire i can see it dropping. the person i bought it from said it came with all the 05 parts, including the high efficiency bolt, but this is giving me doubts. i looked online at www.icdownersgroup.com and my bolt looks exactly like the one shown there, the origional bolt freestyles came from. im not sure what is actually visually different between the old bolt and the HE bolt though, so could someone tell me any way for me to tell what bolt i have?

if i DO have the HE bolt, what can i do for better efficiency? i think ive heard people say you can adjust the regs for an optimal PSI for efficiency, but id like to know what those pressures are. oh yeah, and i can, of course, see what PSI my HPR is at, but what about my LPR? playing with the PSI may be hard, considering i dont have a chrono...

Here are 2 threads on PBN that have pics of the non HE and HE bolts.

    HE bolt
    Non HE

I sent my FS off to ICd as soon as I got it for the HE upgrade, when I got it back the efficiency was horrid. Off a 68/3k I got roughly 500 shots. I read (somewhere) that there's a really long break in period not only for the regs but the bolt aswell. So needless to say I traded it for a Timmy.

      thanks!

my guess is thats why the previous owner sold it... this thing is twice as bad as my mag! im gonna have to get a fill after each game...

do you know about how long the break in period is, or if theres anything i can do right now to improve efficiency?

the efficiency gets better in time, but you cant expect too many shots off of a 1k fill anyways

well, i was hoping to at least get a hopper, considering it shoots down to 300 psi... instead im getting around 100 balls, i think.

so does anyone know how long it takes for it to break in, and what efficiency it has once it breaks in? maybe i should just fill my scuba and keep firing...
