Positions for 5&7 man?

So im getting into tournament ball and i know most the postions but i wanna double check and find out about 7 man so yea what positions are there in 5 and 7 man speedball?

2 mid guys shotting lanes
1 Front guy taking people out off the break

It depends on how the field is set up. Some fields need more than one back player, some fields may need more front than back, and so on.

I think your talking about a run through; front players do this is they see a chance to. Front players get as far up the field as possible to take the heat from the other team, and if they get a chance snapshot a few players out.
