    Warp 12 Dual Battery Adapter

Has anybody any knowledge and experience of the Warp 12 Dual Battery Adapter from Pro Team? Does it make the Warp Spin faster or harder? If it spins with more force or even too fast it might push the power feed plug right out of the feed. Anybody know? Also what is the Warp Drive Screw driver that Pro Team sells? What is that for? And lastly what do you need to do or replace in the stock AGD Warp to install the Warp 12 Dual Battery Adapter? If the stock Warp uses 9volts will it blow the board with the 12 volts that the Warp 12 Dual Battery Adapter supplies?

Hey my captain just did this to his warp and he added a o2/of switch and a led light. I must says it spins a lot faster now.

The Warp can handel up to 12V, so you do not have to worry about burning up the board. The proteam 12v harness will make the warp spin faster, but I have no problems with it pushing the PF plug out.

Also, you can do what I did (and probably most everyone else) and make your own harness for less than $5 with off the shelf radio shack parts and a soldering iron.

        Power Feed Plug?

Does yours ever back out of the feed tube? If so how do you keep it in? How far are your power feed plug screws screwd in? To put it another way, how far is your plug from the power feed due to your screws?

I have the hose run through the revy, so the hose never backs out. The PF plug is in almost all the way (I have a warp body on both my RT and my Emag). I've put a couple cases of paint through my RT this way and never had a problem. I have about 1500 through my Emag with this setup, but again, have yet to have a problem. I assume that you have a HL PF body on your RT, so you have the hose run to the top and the PF plug at the bottom of the feed tube just like normal?

What you also have to remember is although the warp is running fast and feeding balls faster. The force that the ball is putting on the feed hose and the PF plug is not more than normal. The warp disks see to that, as they will continue to slip with the same pressure on the balls.

            Not at all...

I have a Warp Feed Body on my RT. The power Feed Plug is on the top of the feed. It backs away from the body due to pressure from the Warp. My disks are well greased but still push enough for the plug to move.

Hmm..that's strange, my PF plug fits pretty snug in there. I don't know what to tell ya besides seeing if you can find an oring at the hardware store with the same size ID and a slightly larger OD.

12v is ok for the Warp.
It does push the balls harder, you have to be carefull about double feeding.
If your pf plug is backing out put a layer of tape under the orings on the PF plug and it will make it tighter.

The other option is put a layer of tape on the center hub to spread the feed disks apart farther.

I use an elastic hair tie to hold my pf plug in place. I wrap it around the warp PF and it does a good job of keeping a positive force against the warp stack coming at it. It wont ever just 'pop' out either.
