i use macro on my mag and shocker, if the line shoots off it shoots off, ss is safer, macros easier to work with

running a ssline with quick disconnect right now, and most everyone else i know is running macro, the macro has frequent leaks, broken fittings, and is no easier to deal with than the ss line in any way.h

i'd say go with the macro, because if you get the good stuff(sold by tuna) it won't give you any problems, and it is a TON easier to work with. I have run 1200 psi through mine and no leaks so far. just buy 5 feet of it and if it ever breaks, you'll have as many spares as you'll need.
you know you play this game too much when the neighbors stop fixing their broken windows...

I like the macro.. it is cheap and it serves the same function as the SS, but you can get it in any color to match your gun.
