15 bps cap has been set on all leagues(I think maybe not nppl) first 3 shots semi auto then full auto up to 15 bps after that. Russian Legion is finally taking down dynasty and competing very highly. Ion is the new hot gun 300 dollars for break beam eyes and a ramping board, along with a plastic gun made by SP. Resale is dying even more. That's all off the top of my head

AGD has gone practically nowhere in the past year. You didnt miss anything in the mag world.

That is correct about NPPL NOT using the 15bps rule.
