paintball is amazing

i was going through our very own deep blue forum, and reading all of that an overwhelming sense of pride came over me. Look at how this sport has evolved, from guns that were made to mark cattle to what it is now. Paintball has evolved on an amazing scale. This sport is not the most popular sport, in fact i know a lot of kids who don't even know what paintball is. But i'm proud to be a part of the group who do know what it is, and may eventually end up adding to the paintball community.

Anyone else feel the same way i do?

And btw, this is not a thread about how paintball should be played i.e. ramping, wiping/cheating but by what paintball has become.

For me, paintball has become a bevy of infighting, politics, and just general BS that permeates all levels of the sport, all the way down to local fields, both legit and outlaw.

these days it reminds me of crackheads complaining about crack dealers, i know that its draining my cash and i dont want to help the supplyers but i just cant seem to help myself. its just too fun. BTW PBN is the biggest crackhouse, and bob long and the gardners are the biggest druglords.

You can still play the sport and not support all the BS.

A tried and true mantra from the porn industry. And I agree, I just concentrate on the game, and whats imediate, rather than get depressed about the big picture.

Yes, paintball is amazing, I love the sport, and promote a good example for how it is, and how paintballers are supposed to act, a.e. not cussing, bonus balling, CHEATING!!
