Orange Bolt Settings

I'm soon going to be picking up an Orange Bolt for my Dm5. I was wondering what dwell and LPR settings should i be looking to use. I've heard 10-14 on dwell and 1.5-3 turns on LPR. IS this correct?

I should get the orange Bolt around friday, and Im playin saturday, so I will let AO know how it is. I think Im going to try running for saturday at least SUPER Reliable (LPR 3 Turns and Dwell 14, just until i get chance to tune it to the max)
