I currently have the steel tank flatline 47ci system. I am just wondering what I would have to do, or who I could send it to to have the reg put on a 68 fiber bottle.

If you can convince the airsmith that hydros the tanks to switch the regs at hydro. When they hydro a tank, they take off the regulator so you have to buy either a 68 bottle or some cheap system and have them switched then. I've never done it that way but at one time I researched it.
