    SS Line on emag....

I'm contemplating upgrading from macro to SS line on my ULE emag...

    Thoughts?

If you use SS, shrink wrap it, that'll save the ano finish from abrasion damage.

I use SS on all my mags that run external air porting.

      adj tank or screw in?

if adj you will need a quick disconnect or a proconnect or a slide check

I use SS line on my E-Mag because it's such a long line. I use macro on everything else.

Flatline to Pro-connect to E-Mag valve.

Why would you use SS instead of macro if you already have macro on it? I didn't really know there was a huge benefit.

Definately extra lube. I keep two bottles at all times. Can't leave home w/o your lubricant.

Yeah I am getting ss line so also. If you have an adjustable tank or a screw in with an on/off but no bleed hole you need a slide check or proconnect to get the air in the line out of there.
I feel alot "safer" when ss in is used.

Ahh, if only it were that simple.

You need to check that the working pressure rating of all your line and all your fittings is high enough.

Some brass fittings aren't even rated for PB pressures. While on the other hand, you can get flexible macro and push-in fittings that are rated for 10,000 psi.

                    Know what you're buying.

ya but you see its a pain the the butt to try and bleed the line by loosening the fittings in order to bleed it then you have the possablity of blowing the line
And most if not ALL SS lines sold today are rated high enough for paintball HP uses

                        I said nothing about bleeds.

Actually, the rated working pressures on many of the connections/bleeds/slide checks are lower than the pressures PB'ers use.

How do you shrink wrap SS hose? I have 13 year old hose (used to be on my VM-68), and now it is on my emag bottom line, connected via quick-connect. It is an "antique-brass" color
