What's up with the backorder? Why can't I seem to buy one new? If I order direct for AGD will I get it?

Otherwise:
Is the warranty transferable if I get a used one?

Thats the AGD store. That's where you'd go to order right from AGD. If the warranty is transferable, then you'd have to make sure the tank is registered under your name. I believe tom posted something about this earlier. I'll see if I can find it.

*edit* - Well I found it, at least I think that was it. It's actually not very helpful, but I'll post it anyway.
