Powder coating Places

I decided to get my tippy PC'd before i sell it.(hope to make more money that way)
Can you guys suggest any places.
I know NCC does it, but they seem to have a LONG turn around time.

The things i need done are
Bead blasted
Silver to red fade
metal flake
clear coat.

for what my knowledge is worth, luke only does black powdercoating. I guess you could pay him enough and he'd go in and mess with that sort of stuff(color powdercoating), but the last two times i asked him to dabble into something new, it would have rung me up 500(design for a ule hyperframe out of scratch) , and 150 (helicoiling, which he had no tools to do, so it would have been a nice setup for him lol ) , so you'd be better off to find someone else

I checked out KP customs and the colors are incrediable. But, so are the prices.
