for max of 15bps, what should i set the dwell at? less dwell = better efficiency right?

the lowest dwell is just whatever the lowest setting is that doesnt cause drop off. I dont believe there is a specific setting, just lower your dwell until you get drop off, and then go up one. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think thats what you do

lower your dwell till it stops fireing. Raise it till it does then up it by two. Should be fine.
Every marker is different. Stock dwell is 18 I haven't seen too many people drop it lower than 16 plus those that do run lower tend to use slick honey not the Dye lube.
