Im wondering how is it possible to change between modes on a predator. Do i flip a dip switch on the board than pull the trigger a few times or somthing?

Very simple, and much easier to do when you see it as opposed to me explaining it.
1. With gun off, hold the trigger
2. while still holding the trigger, turn the gun on
3. when the led blinks, relase the trigger. you are now in 'programing mode'
4. click the trigger the number of times you need to get to the register you want. IE: click once to get to register 1, which is the Firing mode
5. the LED will blink the number of times that you have that register set at. If you have the Firing modes set to 1 (semi) it will blink once, If you have it set at 2 (auto respoinse), it will blink twice, ect ect
6 click the trigger the number of times you wish to set it at.
VIOLA
Much easier than I just made it sound.
There is also a physical dip switch on the board that is a tourney lock,
