    Pyscho Ballistics ((Lightning Vs SuperBolt))

Does anyone know the differences between these two guns? Which one is supose to be "higher end"? I was thinking of buying one and putting an E2 on it, and was just wondering which one was a better choice. I can find them for pretty similar prices, so it is hard to tell which one was intended to be the better gun.

    ~thx

Stay away! You will end up spending more money replaving everything on the gun than you did on the gun itself. My friend had to replace:

    Pneumatics ~$90-100
Internals (including the bolt) ~ $80-100
    Feedneck ~ $30-40
    HP Reg ~ $65
    Cocking Rod ~ $5-10

Keep in mind that these are basically 32* fockers. The name on them is psychoballistics, but they're made by 32*/NPS so same crappy quality.

Nothing but problems here too. I get them in for service regularly with problems from all angles, very often brand new in the box and won't fire a paintball. Low grade aluminum constantly strips out by the low grade screws and specs that make the potential for a reliable marker a complete crap shoot. 1/10 work acceptably but even then, is highly unlikey to last due to the quality of componenets and building materials.

You would be better off buying a used mech. cocker. You can find ones with a fair amount of upgrades for cheap or a stock one even cheaper.

The one we have in the shop is ok, the trigger kinda sucks, it takes alot to get it ripping.
If you play tournies it's not a good gun, for rec play it's an ok deal.

You can't even change the bolt on the Superbolt without drilling through the back block for a pin.

You get what you pay for, they're $99 for a reason.

That's what my friend was using it for, rec play. He had to replace everything before he could even get on the field. The pneumatics crapped out and started leaking after shooting about 50rds through the gun, the valve busted, the hammer and bolt got damaged really bad really quick, the cocking rod bent, the hpr started leaking nonstop, and the feedneck cracked off. One by one, he replaced almost every peice on the gun. Not good for rec or tourneys.

Haven't had to replace anything but basic orings on the one we have, been used quite a bit.
                            You got unlucky.
