This forum has more and more stupid people on it every goddamn week. The people who remember when this place was half-*** decent have to put up with the idiots. I stick around because every once and a while, something good happens.

God forbid we have proper grammar, spelling, and halfway decent threads with intelligent conversation, good questions, and an average IQ somewhere over 32. Is it so hard to do a little research, or use the preview button before you post? No, it really isn't.

So I think we should ask ourselves: Which is worse, ignorant and/or stupid people or mean spirited bullies who should know better and could try to help situations but choose not to for whatever reason?

The ignorance and the stupidity. Those are what cause the "mean spirited bullies" to come out. When Mango went off the deep end, I at first thought that it was pretty stupid. And then I saw what AO had become, and I realized why he did it. He was right to do what he did.

At some point enough is enough. And I for one think that point is now.

And I think the point has come where the people with half a brain on this forum try to beat some sense into the ones that screwed it up in the first place.

Why do I feel like siding with TP on this one? There is no problem with asking silly questions, but this has just gone ON and ON with this kid. A tiny amount of reaserch on this kid's part would have awnsered ALOT of his threads.

I really want to understand you, I truly do. So am I getting this right? To increase the use of proper grammar; spelling; halfway decent (according to you); threads with intelligent conversations (according to you); good questions (according to you); have an average IQ of somewhere over 32 (again determined by you); have people do a little research and use a preview button before posting, the way to do it is to attack everyone personally while never addressing a single one of those issues? How does that work?

Hmmm, beat some sense into them? I don't know about that, but helping people out that do not know much is generally a good reason to post. If helping is not on your agenda, then simply ignore the thread. If they have done something against the rules, how about inform them nicely and if they do not take your advice, report them. Your job is done!
