Palmer pursuit does 3rd party services. I believe BunkerBoyz(spaceman613) does it as well.

I've never done 3rd party trades before, but I can start.
I'm in Central Arkansas--which is pretty centrally located.
I've got a small amount of feedback, but it's all good. I've also been on AO since 2001.
