Found this today. Do we know who's this is or is this a "found" x-mag?

Newly redesigned X valve is lower pressure and 50% lighter!!! This valve has been tested and found to be able to recharge 27 times per second without shootdown!!! This one is VV04820, I asked the seller. I couldn't see the picture in the slideshow on the listing so I asked about version and shot count.. Shots 2539, software 3.2.
