    Trilogies aren't that bad......

I recently built a Classic mag out of some of my spare parts, I traded it for a Trilogy cocker with stock barrel etc. I was target shooting reballs today and the guns not that bad. Fairly fast for what it is(a cheap rec gun). I may get a few of these as rentals once Keith and I get our field/store open. Pics:

meh I wasnt a big fan of them when I shot one, but hey for the price they arent a bad entry-level gun. As for rentals though, i'd go with something a bit less complicated

I'd just get like 3 or 4 to "upgrade" to. Not the whole fleet. :)

Yeah my friend has that exact same one. Whenever I hear someone bash one I usually try to say the good points of the gun. Not half bad for the price. Shoots good stock, decent accuracy stock and is a lot quieter than what the rest of us here use.

actually, i have been using that gun as my primary for a few months. good choice going with the pro model. i have the sport. i really enjoy that gun. quick. not too heavy, no problems with it yet. all i've had to do is oil the thing. my one problem is the feedneck. too small to fit the stock hopper (vl200). and too big to fit rico AK, with out o-rings its way to loose, with 1 o-ring the thing wont fit in. only problem with the marker.

I don't like the "fade". It just abruptly stops and is suddenly red.

They are really decent guns. I only have one problem. That is the fact that the 3-way is integrated into the body. This sucks for some people, who want to eblade it, but they have a special mounting bracket for that now anyways. They are perfect for the rec/woodsballer that wants to get a decent gun, without spending loads of cash.

I heard WGP/K2 was releasing a mounting kit for Eblades, but I can't find any info.

might be a little pricey direct from the factory: 22 bucks

'Cockers for rentals? He's crazy! Seriously, with the stuff some kids do to the rentals at the field I run, I'm damn glad we rent Tippys.

Trilogies aren't truly cockers IMO. I only mean to get 3 or 4 to upgrade your rental package to.

Thats not a bad idea.. But, there are other guns that arent that bad to and that are better. My friend has a spyder Imagine, and it NEVER chops, or never has any problems. Most people look down on spyders as cheap guns, but.. there are some out there that are **built right** and can truley rip like some tourney guns.

friend has one- i confinced him he needed a new frame. he is also a percussionist and can get it really fast (not walking though...) but it is a very nice gun except for the "fade" as mentioned before.
