Stripped Screw removeal help

I have a stripped screw that I need to get out, anyone have any tips on how to remove it?

Here is 2 very effective ways of getting it out.
1- find the largest allen key that fits tight and JB weld it in there let it set and dry 24 hrs then unscrew it. Youll lose the key but they are cheap.
2- Use a dremal or hacksaw and cut a slot all the way across and use a flat screwdriver to get it loose be sure the screw driver blade covers both sides so it wont strip out.

depending on the size, you might be able to stick a small flathead right into it as well..

i would do the dremel thing myself.
