Where to get a good qev for ion ?

where can i find a good inexpenisve qev for my ion ? and this is to all the ion owners , wich qev is the best and where does it go ? i read on a few different sites that it replaces the front banjo bolt , others say the middle , and others say rear ? thanks for the help
