Nothing. They bought the original Shocker from PVI, then bought the spool valve from DYE I think, allowing them to keep using it.
And AO is the only forum that still gives a damn about the legal fiasco SP tried to get away with. Like I've said, I love SP products but hate thier leagal department. And for the record the only reason SP went after everybody was pressure from thier stupid arse legal department.

No, they didn't. I think they both just "ignored" each other. One had the electro-marker patent, the other had the spool valve.

Note- There is a better word for ignore, but I can not think of it at this moment.

fyi, i made the thread cause my friend showed me the shirt and i thought it was funny... and SP is always both easy and fun to pick on.

ive heard both that they bought out PVI and that they reverse engineered the shocker and ended their contract... i have no idea which is true. but the spool valve is another point, plus they stole the idea for their 3 piece barrel kit. and also the impulse is basically a ripoff of the bushmaster, and im willing to bet that they DID reverse engineer that. but in all honesty, SP is just fun to make fun of, and i thought the shirt was funny and wanted to show it off .
