Shocker for cheap at 888 paintball????

Hey I was wondering if anyone else got the email from 888 paintball about the shockers for 388 dollars. Is this the real deal? If so do you think I should buy one or build up my retro mag for almost 200 more??? Also what are your views about the shocker?

    Thanks
    -Jeff

Yeah I got the e-mail from 888 and as far as I know it's the real deal. So I guess it's up to you. Shockers shoot pretty good. They're quiet and there's almost no recoil, but they are huge and pretty heavy. The stock barrels are nice(AA), but they're 16 inches. Really it's personal preference. I think I'd rather have the mag, though.

Its not a false add, it was in their Email and they advertised like 10 diffrent shockers all for $388.88. Pretty sweet!

No, you want verticlefeed 4x4. Turbo ones are older models, I think like 99 or 98 Shockers or somin, they only make 4x4s now. The deal is for a week, its 888s special of the week. They also have splash Shockers also.

Do they have all splash colors, like the splash black? Also, can I use a flatline 68ci 3000psi tank in conjuction with the max flow regulator that comes with it??

Yes you can use the flatline, I'd lower the output pressure to about 400 or so though(or you will have to backout the maxflo when gasing up).
They don't tell what colors they have in splash, just that they have turbo and 4x4s in splash. They also have Shockers with a stock and remote for the same price(but it dosn't have the dropforward, and I think the maxflo may be connected to the remote...I don't remember).

                        ENDO!

Its just prefrence. Which do you like better? The splash or a vert feed? I think I'd take the vertfeed, but I'm not sure. The red splash is kinda cool.
