who was that answering the call? because in the ICD owners manual for the freestyle under leaks the first thing it says is something along the lines of "remove the tank. do you still hear the leak? youre hearing the ocean." im guessing the person who posted it was from ICD and the manual was an inside joke.

yeah, but i assumed that since it was a thread for store/field/company owners to post about customers, *maybe* there was a correlation between that post and the freestyle owners manual.
